DIY herb pots

Here is a great, cheap, easy way to make your herb garden look a little more exciting!
All you will need is:
-terracotta pots (any size)
-chalkboard paint
-paint brush (the smaller the better especially for intricate designs)
-chalkboard marker
-your favorite herbs!

::step one:: wipe off your terracotta pot and make sure it is clean and dry

::step two:: paint on a fancy design with your chalkboard paint!

::step three:: once the chalkboard paint is dry...use your chalkboard marker (these are the best!) and identify your herbs!

::step four:: put them somewhere cute...and where you will remember to water them daily!

hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

inspired by : anthro apron

I have always loved all things anthropologie...
especially everything they have to make simple tasks, seem cute...
like cooking for example!
They have the most adorable aprons ever...

So...the crafter inside of me decided it would be a good idea to try and attempt making one on my own.
The problem is....it was my very first "real" sewing project...
maybe I was a little to ambitious...but I think it turned out pretty cute!!!

what do you think!?
